What is the Savage Body Program?

The Savage Body program is a complete 6 week program, with us in our studio in Potts Point or online.

 The program includes small group training, nutrition, support, and full contact with your trainers. By competing this program will not only transform your body, but will educate you on how to keep it for life!

6 SESSIONS PER WEEK

To keep your body guessing we run high intensity weights sessions and cardio sessions each week. In this program we are braking it up into lower body days, upper body days then 2 x cardio sessions per day.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

We believe even though your’e in a group training environment you should still feel like your getting that extra bit of attention, thats why we keep our classes small in groups of 10-12 people per session.

WEEKLY FITNESS TIPS

Each program,  you will receive weekly emails from us letting you know who’s winning in attendance but also to give you weekly fitness tips and advice on what works for us as trainers.

FACEBOOK PRIVATE FORUM

You’ll have access to your SAVAGE BODY trainers 24/7 to get extra tips and info that will help you go ‘next level.’

FITNESS TESTING AND MEASUREMENTS

Week 1 and week 6 we will be testing your fitness – be ready to test your fitness level and feel the burn. Track your results by booking a scan before and after your savage body program with measureup
