Today I had the opportunity to shoot something pretty special with MYOB and ex MTVITGIRL and now Channel 10s Kate Peck. You will find out more on October 10th when its realised but for now I wanted to show you some out take picks from our fun outdoor session today.


  • 1 minute Lunge
  • 1 minute Seated Squat
  • 1 minute Incline Push-up
  • 1 minute Dip

As this workout was deigned around filming we clearly it wasn’t intense at all but if you wanted to lift the intensity start with a 4 min warm up

  • 30 second Jogging on the spot
  • 30 seconds Jumping Jacks
  • 30 seconds High Knees
  • 30 seconds Butt Kicks
  • 30 seconds Squat Jumps
  • 30 seconds Walking out into a Push-up
  • 30 seconds Push-up
  • 30 seconds Mountain Climbers

4 minute warm up, followed by as many 4 minute sets as you can handle. Follow by 4 mins abs and 4 mins stretch and your good to go. Each time you complete this workout push yourself to do anther round.
